To request a commission, you will be asked to fill out my handy-dandy Commission Form. Not every idea will be selected and I have the right to deny your request without explanation.All terms and prices are subject to change. Artists/creatives are welcome to use parts or all of this TOS for their own commission sites.• By default, I retain all rights to my artwork and no commission may be used for commercial purposes, edited, resold, or claimed as your own, ** with the exception of VTuber models ** which may be used commercially via streaming, video content, and so on. You may use the artwork for your personal use -- printing, desktop, blogs, sharing online, etc. I only require credit where applicable.• For all color illustration & Live2D art or rigging commissions, I willl send you an estimate and an invoice if you accept the price. After a deposit or complete payment has been made, I’ll send you a sketch for approval. I will make no more than 3 large revisions to the image before requesting additional fees for the time spent. The final artwork will be delivered through e-mail in high-res JPEG format. ** Monthly payment plans are welcome and encouraged for large projects such as VTuber models. **• For all color illustrations and sketches, the final artwork will be delivered through e-mail in high-res JPEG format. For VTuber model art, you will receive the PSD will all movable parts separated• Average delivery time is usually between 2-6 weeks for illustrations and 2-5 months for VTuber work, depending on complexity of project and how much other work is on my plate. Sometimes a commission can take longer due to health reasons, so I will update you as I go if the artwork is going to take longer than the initial agreed upon timeline!• Sketch commissions are delivered in one shot with no previews. For illustrations and VTuber models, I will send a preview sketch, and while you can ask for an update as I go along, I will generally only send the initial rough sketch(es) and the final image unless asked. For VTubers, once your rough draft has been approved and finalized, NO REVISIONS CAN BE MADE TO YOUR DESIGN. You will receive work updates on rigging as it progresses.• Refunds will be given in the event that I cannot finish your commission or I have not yet started the project. Partial refunds will be given in the event that the above happens but some amount of work (ie rough sketch) has been done.• No artwork created by me may be used for AI image generation, scraping or training purposes or in NFTs, nor will I accept AI generated imagery as reference for a commission.Please include detailed information about your concept. This can involve a moodboard, gallery, pinterest, and so on.
